DarkMX Version 1.23 possible bug on loading in users library lists

I've heard complaints from DarkMX v1.23 users about frequent disconnects while attempting to load and obtain a fellow DarkMX library list of files they are actively sharing. I decided to look further into these complaints and can verify this appears to happen far to frequently than be successful.

Both DarkMX user and the source of the file library were online in my tests and midway through downloading and obtaining the list of the remote contacts library of shared files, a error message of disconnected occurs.

This vital area I think all agree, must be reliably successful and obtaining remote users shared library lists.
