I tried joining many networks but several failed, all with the same error msg logged:

error: Could not locate in HSDir (4106)

Each show multiple users. But I think that info is stale. I think they are offline with no users.

Does this 4106 error code suggest the network is not running?

are you still getting this with problem with v1.17?
