According to
https://darkmx.app/levels users joined the network having the basic level aren't allowed to share files on the network:
Basic This is like the Normal level, but on networks with a default configuration, these users are not allowed to share files.
Nevertheless in networks list those users shared files are taken into account (size and amount of shared files) and shown as shared on the network. Is that a bug or just my misunderstanding?
